We would like to inform you that the venue of the Billy Elliot – the Musical performances scheduled for July and August has been changed from the Erkel Theatre to the Opera House. The seat prices are generally higher in the Opera House, however the exchange of tickets is managed with category matching. This means that if a customer has purchased a ticket for row 5 at the Erkel Theatre then the new ticket will also be valid for row 5 at the Opera House; if a customer purchased a ticket for abox at the Erkel Theatre, then they will be able to enjoy the show in a similar box at the Opera House – without being charged extra.
In addition, we would like to inform our customers that the starting time of the shows scheduled for 11:00 is not going to change. However, the shows which have been scheduled for 17:00 o’clock and 19:00 at the Erkel Theatre will start at 18:00 at the Opera House.
Customers can pick up their new tickets for the Opera House as of the 15th of June 2016 in the Opera Ticket and Customer Services (13-15 Hajós utca, 1061 Budapest; bell Nr. 90; opening hours: M-F: 10:00-17:00) with presenting their original ticket(s) – this is valid for both the printed and e-tickets.
We are going to make it possible for our customers who do not live in Budapest to swap their ticket(s) right before the show.
It is possible to change for another time or reimburse* those Billy Elliot tickets valid for the Erkel Theatre only between the 15th and 30th of June due to the exceptional circumstances.
